Every individual whose signature requires notarization must appear in person and provide valid identification.

The Notary Public cannot provide legal advice or explain the contents of a legal document.
The Notary Public cannot choose the type of notarization required. If you are unsure whether you need an acknowledgment, jurat, or other notarial act, please contact the document recipient, attorney, or issuing agency before your appointment.
Additional fees may apply for mobile services, travel outside the standard service area, after-hours appointments, or multiple notarizations.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
